Argand Partners Announces Promotion of Gerald Lizzo to Vice President

NEW YORK, April 1, 2026 – Argand Partners, LP (“Argand”), the New York-based middle-market private equity firm, with offices in the San Francisco Bay Area and Miami, today announced the promotion of Gerald Lizzo to Vice President.

Gerald Lizzo has been promoted to Vice President, having demonstrated consistent growth and meaningful contributions to the firm since joining Argand as an Associate in 2023. Mr. Lizzo was most recently a Senior Associate, a role to which he was promoted in April 2025. In his expanded role, Mr. Lizzo will continue to support Argand’s portfolio companies and play an increasingly active part in new investment activities.

Prior to joining Argand, Mr. Lizzo was an Investment Banking Associate at Piper Sandler in New York, where he focused on M&A advisory within the chemicals industry. Before that, he was at Mizuho in New York, where he focused on corporate finance and capital markets transactions within the industrials space.
